Yellowfin Tuna with Osetra Caviar

This quick and incredibly simple recipe for fresh yellowfin tuna perfectly captures the quality of the fresh sustainable seafood I get directly from Chefs Trading.

In small mixing bowl add ginger, sesame oil, lemon, black pepper and salt to taste.


• Slice the tuna and place it on your plate.
• Drizzle your sauce over tuna finishing it with sesame seeds and lemon zest.
• Add Cavier Cornell on top of tuna.
