Chefs Trading® offers wholesale purchasing to food distributors, restaurant groups and other food services companies with their own purchasing clients. We individually package and ship orders for your customers according to your specifications as well as delivering bulk orders for your own distribution.
Product availability and pricing changes daily. Your Chefs Trading account manager will work with you directly to find the pricing structure that helps maximize your revenue with your clients. We will also work with you to determine a minimum order quantity that must be met to ensure order fulfillment of each day’s available catch.
Each day, you and your approved clients receive an email with that day’s availability and pricing. You may choose to simply review and approve the orders your customers have placed directly on our secure site, or you may work with your clients and submit a combined order with packing and shipping instructions yourself. We’ll be happy to discuss the pros and cons of both options to determine what will work best for your business model. We will also work with you to accommodate any ordering process or guidelines already implemented by your business.
